We process information when it is necessary to respond to your request or provide a service, where you have given consent, where we must meet a legal obligation, and where needed for our legitimate interests in operating and securing our services. You may withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing carried out before withdrawal.

Keeping information secure

We use appropriate technical and organisational safeguards to protect information. Passwords are protected using one-way cryptographic hashing, and access is restricted to authorised people and systems. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Cookies and similar technologies

Appointment booking through Calendly

When you book a consultation, Calendly provides the booking interface and processes the information you submit for that appointment. Calendly is a separate service; its own privacy and cookie terms apply to the booking interface.

We share it only with authorised service providers, advisers, or public bodies where necessary to provide a requested service, comply with law, or with your permission. Some service providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; where applicable, we use safeguards required by law.
